Legion XCh I: Computers, Locks, and Emos, Oh My!

Leaning out over the ornate stone balcony, Sanex rested his chin on his palms and stared out over the majestic view surrounding the Legion’s complex. The amber and crimson hues on the horizon blended with the sun as it took a last look over the land before disappearing over the hills far in the distance. The leaves of the old oaks and elm trees caught the fading sunlight like a stain glass window, their hues melding into a beautiful fall tapestry as vibrant as the sunset that created it.

Sometimes I just don't understand AI.

They had one level 7 Skirantra Carrier in-system, about ready for a phase jump to safety. I am pursuing with my 10+ capital ships and 100+ cruisers and frigates. They reach the edge of the gravity well and what to they do? The commander decides, "What the hell, boys! Lets counter-attack these guys! Its not a suicide mission at all!" It turns about face and begins to dive, head-first into my onrushing fleet!

I give the carrier credit, it made it around halfway back with its healing ability before numbers took it down. I decided to capture the moment with the TDN Demyx watching the explosion. I lost no ships in this and can just see a fleet commander on the Demyx just shaking his head, at the ordeal.

(Eventually, I'll be starting in on both Vasari and Advent screen caps as well as some less hectic SOASE ones.)

Dunov wolfpacks are absolutely brutal. I've done it; five or six in a fleet, with a Kol or Marza, and backed by robotics cruisers and a few support ships and that is one helluva tough nut to crack. Got the idea from the SINS wiki.
